We are all excited as Marketplace is already preceded with its great reputation when it comes to world-class, high quality products including meats, fresh produces and seafood, delectable cheese and premium wines.
First tip we learned from Chino was, to make sure that all ingredients are present already before starting with food styling. They have to be fresh so that the colors will naturally pop when you take photos. Chino ordered his ingredients beforehand from the Marketplace and just in time before his presentation, of course, our dependable honestbee arrived.
Next tip is to make the most important ingredients more prominent than the other ingredients by moving them closer to the camera such as in mango pavlova we made. Lastly, making use of different food styling elements such as twigs, ribbons and peri lights can do a lot in making a fabulous food presentation, just make sure not to overdo it.
Things are getting more and more exciting, right? Unlike before when we become stressed out just thinking of all the needed preparations for the coming Noche Buena and New Year’s eve, now, we are all hyped and eagerly await these special occasions because everything we need from our favorite supermarkets and grocery stores including The Marketplace will now be sent straight to us.
