Just recently, we’ve spotted a restaurant in Makati which we deem perfect for families to visit this weekend. A place where you can order the best Katsu combos with special side dishes. We love combos right?! And crispy Tonkatsu will always be a hit with the kids!
Katsu or Japanese cutlet is a delicious dish which is usually made of breaded-deep fried meat. In Saboten, the inner meat is cured in special sauces for at least two days and the bread crumbs (Panko) are made by a skilled bread technician. Hmm, talk about being special.
Saboten is franchised and managed by Raintree Restaurants along with its sister bistros within the metro: Museum Cafe, Kabila, Chelsea, Mr Jones, Momo Cafe, Stella, Rocket Room, Premier and Terraz. Since 2013, it has been bringing top-quality Tonkatsu dishes to be enjoyed with authentic sides and dishes from Japan.
You will find Saboten at G/F Serendra, Bonifacio Global City and G/F Glorietta 5
Taguig.
