Try this simple, quick-to-prepare recipe using SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Chunks
SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Butter Garlic Kebab
Ingredients:
Garlic Butter Sauce
1 stick butter salted
salt for seasoning
parsley or your favorite herb
crushed garlic
1/2 cup lime or lemon extract
1 pack 500g SeaKing Wild Alaskan Keta Salmon Chunks
1/2 cup olive oil
2 large onions – sliced
2 red/green bellpeppers
250g cherry tomatoes – washed
salt for seasoning
bbq sticks
How to make:
1. Smother the salmon chunks with olive oil and salt.
2. Skewer sliced onions, bellpeppers, salmon chunks, and cherry tomatoes alternately
3. Prepare the grill
4. While waiting for the grill to heat up, prepare the garlic butter sauce
5. Heat the butter, garlic and herb in very low heat in a pan. Or you can also opt to microwave for 2 minutes set to low.
6. When butter is fully melted, mix everything and then add salt and lemon extract. Set aside.
7. Grill the salmon till your desired doneness. You can choose to grill with skin side up or turn the kebabs as they cook.
8. When the kebabs are cooked, drizzle with lemon garlic butter sauce.
