Enroll Your Child In MILO 2015 Summer Sports Clinics

Posted on by

MILO once again makes summer the perfect time for children to learn a new sport with the MILO Summer Sports Clinics, the most widely participated sports program in the country. With its commitment to discovering and developing tomorrow’s champion athletes, MILO encourages school children to make the most of their summer vacation by learning sports and taking on new challenges.

smallFrom April to May of this year, the MILO Summer Sports Clinics program offers immersive training in 14 sporting disciplines, namely Badminton, Basketball, Bowling, Gymnastics, Volleyball, Karatedo, Ice Skating, Tennis, Taekwondo, Table Tennis, Touch Rugby, Chess, Football, and Swimming. Touch Rugby is the latest addition in MILO’s roster of sports this year. MILO has partnered with the Philippine Rugby Football Union in an effort to introduce the sport and provide children an avenue for training, with the hopes of serving as a springboard to the Youth Olympic Games, wherein Rugby 7s is a sport. The clinics will be available in over 700 venues to 30,000 students nationwide.

Start your child’s champion journey today and enroll them in the MILO Summer Sports Clinics. Each sports clinic has an array of schedules and venues children and their parents can choose from. Training is handled by able and expert coaches and instructors who use the modern, scientific approach, with character-forming lessons incorporated in their program. Children will not only learn champion moves but also champion values such as determination, discipline, teamwork, perseverance, hard work, respect, and confidence, which will help them become winners on and off the court.

“The MILO Summer Sports Clinics is an avenue for children to learn the fundamentals of sports and be encouraged to lead an active lifestyle. They will be able to learn new skills, while making new friends along the way,” said Robbie De Vera, MILO Sports Executive.

MILO’s Summer Sports Clinics and sponsored programs have produced many athletes who have made their mark in both the local and international sporting scenes. The roster of alumni includes BEST Center graduates and UAAP phenoms Kiefer Ravena and Thirdy Ravena, Southeast Asian Games medalist Japoy Lizardo, and PBA star Chris Tiu.

when i was a kid, I really want to be part of the milo summer camp but my parents were not that willing to assist me because they want me to focus on my studies. Anyhow, Milo Summer camp will help kids to be the best athletes in the near future!

Ever since I was a kid, I always asked my parents to enroll me in Milo sports clinics because they were so popular back then. It’s great to know things haven’t changed, and MILO still has great programs while encouraging camaraderie.

MILO never gets tired for encouraging school children to enjoy their summer vacation to join with their annual sports clinic in which the children could learn new challenges.

I love how after all these years, Milo has remained consistent in doing summer clinics. I am a product of one. I remember taking gymnastics all summer when I was a kid. Sports clinics teach kids the value of discipline, focus, and it helps them stay away from the not-so-good activities 🙂
