We tried the service first-hand and yes, the shopper bees are efficient and on-time! The app will tell you the status of order and if ever an item you’ve picked happened to be not on-hand, your concierge shopper will text you if you want to replace your item or cancel it. All the products we ordered were fresh and the frozen goods (including the ice ream) were as we expected. You can pay using credit cards or just pay in cash when the goods arrive.
