First tip we learned from Chino was, to make sure that all ingredients are present already before starting with food styling. They have to be fresh so that the colors will naturally pop when you take photos. Chino ordered his ingredients beforehand from the Marketplace and just in time before his presentation, of course, our dependable honestbee arrived.

Next tip is to make the most important ingredients more prominent than the other ingredients by moving them closer to the camera such as in mango pavlova we made. Lastly, making use of different food styling elements such as twigs, ribbons and peri lights can do a lot in making a fabulous food presentation, just make sure not to overdo it.
