A New Beginning
Nova Plaza Mall represents a fresh start for the Roque family. While they are the proud owners of the UNO Fuel gas station, this marks their first venture into the world of mall management. The previous management, Shoppers Paradise, had leased the building from the Roque family for 25 years. After the contract ended, the Roque family decided it was time to revamp and enhance the mall, giving birth to Nova Plaza Mall.
