Not all heroes wear capes — some wear school uniforms and carry bright ideas.

For 15 years, Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow has empowered young students across the globe to use science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) to create practical solutions for real-world challenges. What began as a simple essay contest in 2010 has now become a global innovation movement, reaching millions of students in 68 countries — including the Philippines.
Celebrating 15 Years of Innovation and Impact
Since its inception, Solve for Tomorrow has inspired over 2.8 million students and generated more than 400,000 ideas that address pressing social and environmental issues. This milestone reflects Samsung’s vision of empowering the next generation of changemakers — students who use technology to make a difference in their local communities.
Now in its third year in the Philippines, the program once again calls on young innovators to take on the challenge of solving real community issues through STEM.
“For 15 years, Solve for Tomorrow has challenged students around the world to use technology to address real issues in their communities,” said Min Su Chu, President of Samsung Electronics Philippines. “We’re proud to support the next generation as they apply technology to make a measurable impact where it matters most.”
