Home Credit Philippines Strengthens Early Career Programs to Build Future Leaders

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the country’s leading consumer finance company, continues to invest in the development of future leaders by sustaining its early career programs. These initiatives include scholarships, internships, and management trainee opportunities designed to equip students and young professionals with the skills, mentorship, and confidence needed to succeed.

Investing in the Next Generation of Leaders

On March 2025, 26 college interns met with HCPH Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer Jana Pechouckova, who shared inspiring career advice and insights about working at the company. This reflects HCPH’s ongoing commitment to mentorship and early career support.

The programs provide more than just opportunities—they strengthen the company’s talent pipeline, producing leaders who drive innovation and advance HCPH’s mission of empowering Filipinos through inclusive financial solutions.

Scholarships and Internships that Create Opportunities

Launched in 2022, the HCPH Scholarship Program has already supported dozens of students from universities such as the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP), Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), and Batangas State University.

The program provides financial assistance, laptops, monthly allowances, and guaranteed internship placements. Graduates are offered priority employment at HCPH through the scholarship-to-employment initiative, bridging education with real-world career opportunities.

H.Y.P.E. Program for Accelerated Career Growth

HCPH also offers the Harnessing Your Potential for Excellence (H.Y.P.E.) Management Trainee Program, a flagship track for high-potential fresh graduates.

Through immersive rotations, trainees gain hands-on experience in business functions like Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Sales, Risk, Collections, Finance, IT, and more. With direct mentorship from senior leaders, participants fast-track their development, preparing for leadership roles much earlier than traditional career paths allow.

“The recognitions we have received affirm the effectiveness of our approach and inspire us to strengthen these programs further,” said Jana Pechouckova, Chief Administrative Officer and CFO of HCPH.

Recognized for Excellence in Developing Young Talent

HCPH’s programs have earned multiple industry accolades, including the Silver Award for Excellence in Graduate Recruitment and Development at the HR Excellence Awards and the Best Recruitment Innovation for Young Talents at the People Insight Awards. Prosple also consistently ranks HCPH among the Top 100 Fresh Graduate Employers in the Philippines.

These recognitions affirm HCPH’s role as a launchpad for emerging professionals who aspire to grow, lead, and make a positive impact.
