Five talented air conditioner installers from the Philippines have earned their place in the ASEAN Grand Finals of the Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament 2025, to be held this November in China.

The Journey to the ASEAN Finals
Trusted home and business appliance brand Midea launched the Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament 2025, recognized as Southeast Asia’s largest professional air conditioner installation competition, with over 10,000 participants from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Themed “Master Speed, More Profits,” the tournament celebrates technical excellence, speed, and precision—key traits of every successful HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) professional.
In the Philippines, the nationwide semi-finals crowned the country’s top five installers:
Joseph Rebulado – 1st Place
Homer Tibay – 2nd Place
Mark Kevin Peña – 3rd Place
Jeorme Pumaren – 4th Place Vincent Gubat – 5th Place
Each winner received a plaque and monetary prize for their outstanding performance, and all five will represent the Philippines in the ASEAN Grand Finals in China from November 11–13, 2025, competing for the USD 5,000 grand prize.
