An Unforgettable Event – Mommy Bloggers At Blogapalooza 2014

The delay of Blogapalooza because of the typhoon which hit the city in time for the initial scheduled date of the event late September did not dampen the spirits of attending bloggers, including the moms. Blogapalooza 2014 which was finally held last October 11, Saturday, was clearly a success, with a jam-packed venue and tired but happy attendees who went home with big bags filled with loots.

For Mommy Bloggers Philippines and its members, it was kind of a big milestone. First, MBP was invited to become one of Blogapalooza’s media sponsors. Next, with most of the members attending Blogapalooza for the first time, AND then meeting other blogger members for the first time too! What a joyful event seeing our co-members in flesh, and enjoying the booths with the company of each other.

The event which happened in SM Aura started early and registration opened on time. It was an organized and seamless registration and the early birds were able to freely roam around the place and started  checking out the booths. Several sponsors also opened early giving way for the loots to come out early too. Food started coming from Yellow Cab and The House of Lasagna, a delicious combination to give the bloggers more energy to go booth hopping.

While the number of bloggers continued to increase, we saw Vince Golangco, and later Anton Diaz, who cheerfully hosted at the stage, introduced the sponsors and some celebrity guests. And as the event progressed to late afternoon, shower of prizes were announced.
