Blame it to the never-ending changes we experience daily due to hormones, technology, budget, etcetera and etcetera, no wonder our moms can be so quirky. They can sometimes be so moody, so “masungit, and then sometimes they get so affectionate. Sometimes they just want to dress like rags (true, because I feel that way too), and sometimes they want to look fabulous all the way. There are times when we worry a lot because they want to feel alone, and there are times they are all over the place, calling us and demanding our attention.
Despite all these quirkiness, we adore them. We know, right? Because we are moms too and whether we admit it or not, there will come a time when we will be exactly like them, quirky 🙂 We will adapt to situations and give everything to make things better for the people around us, especially our children.
What we love most especially about our moms is that they are so easy to please!!! A simple phone call, a text message from us, “konting pasalubong”, these will already melt their heart.
