This is what we have exactly in mind as soon as we finished our quick-baking session at Cinnabon store at Estancia in Capitol Commons, Ortigas. It was indeed a fun day for the three of us (me, Louisa and Joy), wearing gloves and trying out baking this brand new flavor of Cinnabon. I have always been proud of myself whenever I get to be successful in baking the simplest chocolate chip cookies for my daughters. Imagine how elated I am for having this opportunity to try baking at Cinnabon and tasting them after, wow!

The head pastry chef of Cinnabon helped us out from the beginning till the end of this mini-workshop. We had the dough rolled, kneaded, cut, baked and topped and the session flowed so smoothly that we are not not so surprised how Cinnabon is able to serve their customers with freshly made and warm cinnamon rolls in no time. The store manager also told us that at Cinnabon, everyone knows each others’ jobs so when you are at their store, each of their staff can quickly help you if you need anything.
