Jolly University recently held a special block screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on December 17, 2015 at SM Megamall Cinema 7. This was in cooperation with Modworld Productions who had organized several hit block screening events and movie premieres for charity and promotional activities within this year.
Jolly University, a learning program that enriches culinary students to become food industry champions, celebrates it’s 3rd year, harnessing the students’ skills through cooking competitions while equipping them with new knowledge in the areas of Culinary, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing, and Personality Development.
Fly Ace Corporation‘s employees, brand partners, industry accolades and media buzz partners came to SM Megamall Cinema 7 to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the latest installment in the Star Wars franchise. They were joined by participating Jolly University students and Jolly Eats Facebook fans.
Doors were opened to the guests at 6:30 PM, and a short program started at 6:45 PM hosted by the previous Jolly University winner, Paul Soriano. Paul made a short speech, then afterwards, acknowledged the guests in the audience and thanked everyone who made the event possible.
Fourteen lucky raffle winners were also announced before the screening.
After the movie, all guests get to bring home a special gift packs from Jolly University.
There were “smiling faces” from the crowds exiting the cinema in The Force Awakens on Thursday night and an endless picture taking with BB-8 cap off everyone’s movie watching, courtesy of Jolly University.
