    I never drink enough water! It’s been my problem forever! Now that I’m pregnant, I have to carry a water bottle around me wherever I go so I remember to drink it!

    Water is my favorite drink. Coffee is a close second. I wonder if the latter negates the benefits of the former on days I drink too much of it.

    Water is such an important part of keeping our bodies healthy. I do not always remember to drink enough of it throughout the day. I do feel better when I consistently drink it.
