The SchoolRoom – Early Childhood Education Made Fun And Engaging

Posted on by

Many of us parents find early childhood education important for our kids. Why? Because during these young ages, they are very eager to learn and what they learn during these stages will help them a lot when they go to their preschool years. Toddlers as young as two years old can already learn social skills and simple decision making skills which will not only help them on later life but will also make our parenting life easier. We are able to communicate with our child, know how they feel, and eventually teach them values we want them to keep in life.

The SchoolRoom’s Difference

The SchoolRoom offers programs that are developmentally appropriate, integrating activities that are experiential, hands-on, and engaging. Their curriculum is customized per student’s ability and skill set. Their teaching method allows the students to develop critical thinking through play, project-based activities and centers.

The School Room applies the principles of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) which is specifically focused in developing the five areas of child development (physical, cognitive, social & emotional, language & literacy, and sensory & motor development). Through play and a carefully planned curriculum, children develop to become lifelong learners who are confident, independent, and compassionate individuals.

They have circle time! I would definitely consider this for my little since they have a School Room Day-care. Reminds much like the day care I attended to when I was a kid in the UK. 🙂

Good playschools are difficult to find. I had a hardtime finding one when my boys were still toddlers. Thanks for sharing. This would be helpful to mommies looking for first schools for their young ones.

This is cool, I remember PCU Philippine Christian University Pre-school. Their classroom are very colorful and parang ganitong ganito din ang set-ups nila… While reading this suddenly I miss teaching. LOL

My son is currently enrolled in their Science and Numeracy Fun class. He is all smiles whenever I fetch him and has lots of stories! I’m all praises for their directress and teachers!

I have yet to consider sending my 3 year old to any learning centers yet but after seeing the programs and how well equipped Schoolroom is, I might change my mind. Too bad it’s far from our place.

It looks very kid-friendly! It’s so nice that we’re raising kids in this time where there are a LOT of options for early education.

I love the one about signing their name when they get in. That’s what my eldest has yet to learn, write his name properly. Having an early start in writing would have made our writing sessions easier.

We’ve already decided to continue homeschooling our five-year-old. But if we were to enroll him in a school, we’d definitely choose some like The School Room.

This looks like a good school! But it’s far from me. I’m currently looking for toddler schools for my son. Hopefully I’ll find one near our place that fits the schedule.

I love that they offer this to kids as early as 2 years old. This can definitely keep a toddler busy and let him experience a glimpse of school life which will help make adjustment so much easier. Thanks!

This looks like a great place to introduce kids to learning. Hopefully they have more in other areas.

I also believe in Early Childhood Education. My daughter started attending toddler class when she was 2 and 2 mos old. The teachers taught her and her classmates all the basics (shapes, colors, alphabets, numbers) as well as proper manners, etc. I’m sure the small kids will enjoy going to The SchoolRoom. 🙂

I saw this too in Ortigas. I wanted to try but it’s too far from where I live. Plus the traffic going there is insane. I hope they’ll open a branch in QC 🙂
