The first Philam Life #LiveBetter Expo was held at Glorietta 2 Activity Center last August 25-26. Partner brands in their assigned booths promoted active lifestyle by displaying their fitness and wellness products. Lifestyle bloggers and mommy bloggers eagerly participated in the activities and took home gifts and vouchers from each of the booths. The event was opened to the public so that more people can participate from the Expo.

Present in the Expo was Philam Life’s brand ambassadors Nico Bolzico and Mond Gutierrez and Solenn Heusaff also graced the event, all of them inspired the audience with their fit and svelte figure. In the short chat segment with these three ambassadors, they mentioned the challenges and the discipline needed to achieve a healthy and fit body. But despite these challenges, as Mond Gutierrez told the audience, it will never too late to start and be eventually successful in attaining our desired weight and body size.
